No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Exceptions

We only provide a replacement in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged

• The product is defective

• The product received is not the item you ordered

To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Because production begins quickly after purchase, most orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all shipping information, product selections, and order details are correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for mistakes made during ordering.
